You could have fooled me. My friend and I were driving around New Hampshire in search of great under-the-radar restaurants, passed this sign, looked at each other and screeched to a halt. Buffalo in New Hampshire?
It was a buffalo farm right in the center of northern New Hampshire, far away from everything, nestled into a silent verdant landscape. And there were buffalo grazing peacefully ….
…….pigs snorting and cavorting in the mud….
….and a stunning Highlander walking under the shade of the trees with a newborn…..
….back down the hill and in front of the farm store door we paused……to appreciate the fact that this farm was really all about the buffalos….
As you might imagine, everything for sale was pretty much buffalo….
It was a large store with additional products from the farm and others that were locally sourced……
